Bootcamp to bolster cyberdefences of Indian businesses

IITJ TISC and WhizHack Technologies Private Limited have announced an Advanced Certification Bootcamp in Cyber Defense through a partnership with Cybint.

The 480-hour, six-month intensive course will have self-paced modules, complemented by live sessions and mentoring by IIT Jodhpur faculty, industry experts and access to advanced cloud-based labs on latest cyber tools and techniques.

According to a joint study conducted by PwC India and the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) increased digitisation has resulted in the increase in cyberattack incidents in India by 292%.

Commenting on the programme, Prof. Santanu Chaudhury, Director IIT Jodhpur, said IIT Jodhpur TISC along with WhizHack intends to create a self-reliant India by training individuals to become cyber professionals with latest skillsets and that can safeguard the interests of India’s enterprises.
